2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, slight variations in color, weight, and finish are normal and part of each piece's unique character.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse any order at our discretion.
• Gold prices fluctuate with the market. Prices are locked at the time of order confirmation.

3. Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud is suspected or if pricing errors occur.

4. Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you. Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the piece has a manufacturing defect. Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks to complete. A 50% deposit may be required for custom projects.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. In summary:

• Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.
• Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
• One complimentary ring resizing is offered for rings purchased from us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of La Factoría Del Oro and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

La Factoría Del Oro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
