Shipping Details
- Carrier: FedEx Priority with signature required on delivery
- Domestic (US): 3–5 business days, free on all orders
- Processing Time: Ready-to-ship items ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces require 2–4 weeks before shipping.
- Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. You can also track your order on our Order Tracking page.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon. For special international requests, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Insurance & Security
Every shipment is fully insured from our workshop to your door. In the rare event that your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, we will replace it at no additional cost. Signature is required on all deliveries for security purposes.
Returns & Exchanges
- 30-Day Returns: Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Process: Contact us to initiate a return. We'll provide a prepaid FedEx return label.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: Size exchanges are available within 30 days. First ring resizing is complimentary.
Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically to your specifications. Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the piece has a manufacturing defect. We stand behind our craftsmanship and will repair or replace any piece with a defect at no charge.
